Terms of Service

Welcome to CZATHAAL (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the CZATHAAL School Management System suite, parent mobile applications, teacher portals, and administrative software services.

1. Institutional Subscription & Authorization

Schools and educational institutions subscribing to CZATHAAL confirm that authorized institutional personnel (such as Principals, Trustees, or Head of School) have entered into the platform agreement to process school and student management workflows.

2. Platform Availability & SLAs

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for cloud operations. Planned system maintenance is executed during off-peak weekend hours with advance notice to school administrators.

3. School Data Ownership

All student records, attendance rolls, exam marks, fee registries, and institutional archives remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of the subscribing institution. We do not monetize, rent, or sell school data.
